Produced by Domaine du Mont-Epin, a family estate based in Clessé, this wine is crafted entirely from Chardonnay grapes grown in the storied limestone soils of Burgundy's rolling hillside vineyards.

The wine presents a refined, mineral-driven profile characteristic of Bourgogne Blanc, with a nose of citrus blossom, green apple, and subtle stone fruit. On the palate it is crisp and elegant with bright acidity, a fine mineral thread, and a clean, dry finish. The wine has an alcohol content of 13% ABV and contains sulfites.

This Burgundy white pairs beautifully with roasted chicken, fresh seafood, light cream sauces, goat cheese, and shellfish. It is well-suited for both immediate enjoyment and short-term cellaring of two to four years.
