Kettmeir Pinot Bianco is an Italian white wine from the Alto Adige DOC region in northeastern Italy. Made from 100% Pinot Bianco grapes grown on medium-high hillsides in Oltradige at elevations between 400 and 700 meters, this wine is produced on loose, calcareous soils that contribute to its distinctive minerality.

The grapes are soft-pressed and fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures of 62–63°F. The wine is then aged on its lees in steel until the end of January before bottling. This unoaked approach preserves the grape's fresh, varietal character.

Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, the wine offers floral scents of wisteria and fruity notes of green apple. On the palate it is dry with good acidity, persistent and delicate minerality, and a long, juicy finish. It pairs well with light starters, freshwater fish, shellfish and asparagus soups, sushi, and roasted chicken. Alcohol content is 13.5% by volume, and it is best served at 46–50°F. The wine has received numerous accolades including 90–92 points from James Suckling, 91 points from Wine Enthusiast, and a Platinum Medal at the Texsom International Wine Awards.
