Rocca di Frassinello Ornello is a Maremma Toscana DOC red blend from the acclaimed Rocca di Frassinello estate in coastal Tuscany, Italy. Produced under the guidance of the Ruffino and Frescobaldi families in partnership with Baron Eric de Rothschild, this wine represents an approachable expression of the estate's Maremma terroir.

The Ornello is a Sangiovese-led blend with complementary international varietals, delivering an intense ruby red color and aromas of black cherry, blackberry, balsamic notes, roasted coffee, tobacco, nutmeg, and leather. On the palate, it offers notes of undergrowth with soft, velvety tannins and a smooth, well-structured finish. The wine carries an ABV of approximately 14.8% and is crafted to be enjoyed in its relative youth while still showcasing the character of the Maremma coastline.
