Maison André Goichot Saint-Véran is a white Burgundy Chardonnay produced by the André Goichot négociant house, established in 1947 in Beaune, France. Saint-Véran is an Appellation d'Origine Protégée (AOP) in the Mâconnais region of southern Burgundy, bordering the more famous Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. The wine carries the "Grand Vin de Bourgogne" designation on its label.
This Chardonnay is crafted in a classic Burgundian style with aromas and flavors of apple, pear, and mineral notes with a crisp acidity and clean finish. Saint-Véran is known for producing approachable, well-balanced white Burgundies that offer excellent value compared to neighboring appellations. The wine is well-suited to pairing with seafood, poultry, soft cheeses, and cream-based dishes.
Each bottle is 750ML. Costco typically sells this wine in a case pack of 12 bottles.
