Charbay Meyer Lemon Vodka is a craft-distilled, fresh fruit flavored vodka made at the Charbay Distillery in Ukiah, California. First launched in 1998, it was the first 100% fresh fruit flavored vodka in the United States.

The vodka is made from organically grown, tree-ripened Meyer lemons. Whole Meyer lemons are used — zest and all — and it takes 68 days to create the purest lemon extract before blending with Charbay's smooth, premium clear vodka. The result is a juicy, sun-ripened lemon flavor with a subtly sweet palate featuring a touch of floral and spice, finishing with smooth, sweet lemon and a light tang.

Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 1-liter format. Wine Enthusiast named it among the Top 100 Spirits of 2025 and awarded it 97 points. Also a recipient of the SIP Award and a John Barleycorn Gold Medal.
