Willett Family Estate 4 Year Blended Bourbon is a small batch Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey produced at Willett Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. Each batch is crafted from a blend of two distinct mash bills — a high-corn recipe (72% corn, 13% rye, 15% barley) comprising roughly 70% of the blend, and a high-rye recipe (52% corn, 38% rye, 10% barley) making up the remaining 30% — delivering a layered flavor profile that balances sweetness with spice.

The whiskey is produced using limestone-filtered, spring-fed water from a pond on the distillery estate and fermented in stainless steel tanks for approximately three to five days using a proprietary yeast strain. It is twice distilled through a copper and stainless steel column still and a Vendome copper pot still modeled after Willett's original patented design, then entered into new char #4 American oak barrels from Independent Stave Company's Kentucky cooperage at 125 proof. Each batch draws from approximately 50 barrels, aged a minimum of four years.

Bottled non-chill filtered at cask strength, allowing the full character of the spirit to come through without dilution. ABV varies batch to batch. 750ml bottle.
