Cayéya Single Barrel Reposado is a premium 100% agave tequila produced in Jalisco, Mexico, bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 750ML custom dark green glass bottle with pewter label insignia, suede rope, and a luxury magnetic gift box. It is crafted under the supervision of Female Master Destiladora Zandra Gomez, and each bottle is individually marked with a designated barrel and batch number, then signed by hand.

The aging process begins with 9 months in meticulously re-charred American oak barrels, followed by an additional 2.5 months in exclusive French wine casks, totaling 11.5 months — just two weeks shy of añejo classification. The agave is cooked in a masonry brick oven and milled using a roller mill, with fermentation conducted in stainless steel tanks without fibers. Production is limited and allocated per market.

On the nose, the tequila opens with toasted vanilla, caramel, toffee, butterscotch, and dried flowers with a hint of spice. The palate delivers creamy vanilla and rich caramel from the American oak, complemented by toasted coconut, a touch of smokiness, and warm baking spices including cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. The mid-palate introduces delicate floral notes and dried fruit undertones — figs and raisins — from the French oak finish. The finish is long and velvety, lingering with vanilla, caramel, and dark chocolate. Mouthfeel is smooth and medium-to-full bodied.
