Cantina di Negrar "Le Preare" Soave DOC is a dry Italian white wine from the Veneto region, produced by Cantina Valpolicella Negrar, a cooperative winery founded in 1933 representing 180 growers across 500 hectares in the hills of Valpolicella Classico. Soave is one of Italy's oldest appellations, classified in 1931, and the Le Preare label pays tribute to the winery's cooperative heritage and the historic Lion of St. Mark monument in the village of Negrar.

The wine is a blend of approximately 80% Garganega, 15% Trebbiano, and 5% Chardonnay, sourced from vineyards situated at 100–250 meters above sea level with southwestern exposure. Grapes are hand-harvested in mid-September, crushed and immediately separated from skins, then fermented at a controlled temperature of 16°C and aged in stainless steel vats to preserve freshness. The wine presents a pale yellow color with an intense yet delicate floral aroma. On the palate it is dry, medium-bodied, and fresh, with light walnut bitterness, notes of dried apricot, and mineral nuances. Alcohol content is 12%. Best served at 10–12°C and consumed within 1–2 years of vintage. Pairs well with seafood, fish dishes, pasta with seafood, vegetable antipasti, and light appetizers, and works equally well as an aperitif.
