The Recanati Winery Upper Galilee Chardonnay is a premium Israeli white wine crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in high-altitude vineyards in the Upper Galilee region of northern Israel. The fruit is handpicked from a choice single vineyard, soft pressed, and aged sur lie in French oak barrels for nine months, resulting in a wine of remarkable depth and complexity.

On the nose, this Chardonnay offers elegant aromas of tropical fruits and white grapefruit intertwined with hints of oak and spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and richly textured with a buttery quality, evolving into flavors of tropical fruit and citrus before finishing with nuances of caramel and almonds. The Upper Galilee's climate, similar to California's Napa Valley, lends the wine a distinctive character balanced between Old World structure and New World fruit expression.

Recanati Winery is located in Merom Ha'Galil within the Upper Galilee region. Founded under the ownership of Lenny Recanati, the winery is celebrated for its authentic winemaking philosophy under chief winemaker Kobi Arviv. This wine is OU Kosher certified.
