Villein Walker Vine Hill Syrah is a cool-climate red wine from Sonoma County's prestigious Russian River Valley appellation, sourced from the Walker Vine Hill vineyard rooted in Goldridge loam soil. This single-vineyard Syrah is produced in small quantities and represents a benchmark expression of the region.

The wine presents a deep magenta/purple color with aromas of violets, pepper, blackcurrant, blackberry, and baker's cacao. On the palate it is seamless and texturally rich, offering ripe black and blue fruits, fresh blueberries, and velvety tannins, with hints of mocha, sweet spices, and a touch of licorice-scented black pepper. The 2021 vintage is unfined and unfiltered, aged 21 months in new and neutral French oak barrels, and carries an ABV of 14.2%. Production is extremely limited at approximately 125 cases.
