Paul Jaboulet Aîné Parallèle 45 is a classic Côtes du Rhône red blend from France's Rhône Valley, named after the 45th parallel latitude that crosses the cellars of Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné — a latitude known worldwide for producing exceptional wines. A celebrated expression since 1950, Parallèle 45 has earned a global reputation for generous character and approachable quality.

The blend is composed of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Marselan, and Carignan, sourced from vines averaging 40 years of age growing in clayey limestone and alluvial soils composed of round pebbles. Grapes are hand-picked at maturity; the mixed varieties are co-fermented with Grenache to fix color and tannins, while Syrah is vinified separately with maceration and soft extraction lasting approximately three weeks. The wine is then aged for six months in stainless steel vats and truncated cone-shaped vats on fine lees.

The wine presents a garnet red color with fruity aromas of strawberry, cherry, and delicate spice notes, with a generously fresh finish. It is best served at 16–18°C (61–64°F) and pairs well with charcuterie platters, moussaka, eggplant parmigiana, grilled and roasted meats, and steak tartare. Each case contains 12 bottles of 750ML.
