Recanati (Kosher) Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied, dry red wine produced by Recanati Winery from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in Israel's Upper Galilee region. The combination of exceptional terroir and meticulous cultivation yields an elegant and velvety wine that showcases the variety's defining characteristics.

The wine presents aromas of black plum, cassis, and Mediterranean herbs, complemented by subtle notes of oak and spice. On the palate it delivers rich dark fruit flavors — blackcurrant, plum, and blackberry — with a well-structured, balanced finish. Alcohol content is 13% by volume.
