Planted in 1991, the Viking Vineyard is celebrated among Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon enthusiasts for its ability to produce wines with striking intensity and memorable length. The vineyard sits at elevations between 1,400 and 1,700 feet on calcareous limestone soil, contributing to the wine's distinctive character and complexity.

This Cabernet Sauvignon presents aromas of black currant, blackberry, violet, and sweet tobacco, with flavors of plum preserves, nutmeg, and mocha. It has earned 95 Points from Wine Advocate, reflecting its exceptional quality.
