Villein Rosé of Syrah is a small-batch, intentionally crafted rosé wine from the Walker Vine Hill Vineyard in the heart of the Russian River Valley AVA. Rather than using the traditional Saignée method, this wine is produced through direct pressing of Syrah fruit, resulting in a delicate salmon-pink color that distinguishes it as its own wine rather than a byproduct of red wine production.

The wine opens with aromas of red berries, fresh strawberries, guava, and pomegranate. On the palate it delivers a bright, refreshing entry with tart red berry flavors and a clean finish, making it an ideal pairing with grilled fish, light summer dishes, or as an aperitif. Fermented entirely in stainless steel with no malolactic fermentation to preserve its lively acidity and freshness. Alcohol: 13.3%. 5-barrel production.
