Widow Jane Tequila Ocho Cask Finish Bourbon is a limited-edition expression from Brooklyn's award-winning Widow Jane Distillery, crafted by finishing their flagship 10-year straight bourbon for eight months in barrels previously used by Tequila Ocho to rest its aged expressions. This marks the first time Tequila Ocho has allowed its barrels to be repurposed for whiskey production, making this release a historic collaboration between two celebrated craft producers.

Bottled at 45.5% ABV (91 proof) and non-chill filtered, the bourbon is proofed with limestone-rich water sourced from the legendary Rosendale Mines of upstate New York — the same mineral-rich source that defines all Widow Jane whiskeys. The agave-seasoned Ocho casks impart elegant highland character without masking the bourbon's signature depth and intensity.

On the nose, the whiskey opens with overripe agave sweetness alongside marigold, black tea, dark tobacco, papaya, and lime zest. The palate delivers decadent chocolate pecan pie, canela, dried mango, agave nectar, and sun-kissed stone fruit, with the tequila influence fully emerging on the back palate. The finish features fresh green peppercorns, mesquite, roasted agave, coffee, and flan — a vivid interplay of bourbon richness and agave terroir.
