This expression blends four distinct mash bills distilled between 2016 and 2019, drawing on the rich distilling heritage of Lawrenceburg's "Whiskey City." The distillery sits atop the Great Miami Aquifer, using naturally limestone-filtered water that reduces sulfur and iron content for a cleaner, bolder flavor. The Remus name traces back to George Remus, the "King of the Bootleggers," who purchased the distillery in 1921 and became synonymous with premium bourbon during Prohibition.
