Domaine du Cellier aux Moines Montagny Premier Cru is a white Burgundy wine from the Côte Chalonnaise appellation in France, crafted entirely from Chardonnay grapes. The domaine traces its roots to a Cistercian wine-producing estate established in 1130, and the current owners — the Pascal family — have farmed the Premier Cru vineyards organically since 2020.

The wine displays a green-golden color with intense, open aromas of tangerine, yellow peach, iris, and stone. On the palate, earthy notes of freshly picked mushrooms lead into ripe peach and Bartlett pear, finishing with a subtle saline and oak-spice quality. One-third of the volume is vinified and aged in large oval tuns, with the balance in 228- and 400-litre barrels for a balanced, elegant expression. The Premier Cru vineyard sites are south-facing and planted with vines averaging around 12 years of age, yielding approximately 12% alcohol by volume. The wine has received a 94-point score from James Suckling.
