Chemin de Mazou Pouilly Fumé is a French white wine from the prestigious Pouilly-Fumé appellation in the Loire Valley, crafted exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on limestone and flinty-clay soils along the right bank of the Loire River in the Nièvre department.

The wine presents a pale straw yellow color with intense aromas of grapefruit, white flowers, and herbaceous notes underscored by the appellation's signature smoky "gunflint" minerality. On the palate, it is light to medium bodied with crisp acidity, bright citrus flavors, and a distinctive flinty finish. Pouilly-Fumé is noted for its refined, elegant profile that distinguishes it from other Sauvignon Blanc expressions worldwide.

A versatile food wine, it pairs well with grilled fish, scallops, shellfish, roast pork, and cheese boards. Best enjoyed young and fresh within 2–3 years of vintage. Each bottle is 750mL.
