PasoSecco Sparkling Grenache Blanc is a Charmat-method sparkling wine made from 100% Grenache Blanc grapes grown in the Paso Robles AVA of California. Produced in the Prosecco style, it is crafted by winemaker Elizabeth Kuhlemann using fruit from the Rava vineyard in the El Pomar District, harvested in September 2023. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation in pressurized stainless steel tanks with a dosage of 14 grams of sugar per liter, yielding fine, direct bubbles and a bold, fluffy mousse. Only 520 cases were produced. The wine is vegan-certified and contains sulfites. 750mL, 11.9–12% ABV.

Tasting notes feature highly aromatic aromas of citrus zest, fresh squeezed lime juice, and green apple on the attack, transitioning to a mid-palate of tart pear and lemon, with a crisp, clean finish. Ideal enjoyed as a standalone sparkling wine, as a spritz, or in a French cocktail.
