Kirkland Signature Pumpkin Bar Cake

The Kirkland Signature Pumpkin Bar Cake is a seasonal fall dessert available in Costco's refrigerated bakery section. It features the signature bar cake format — a large rectangular refrigerated cake designed to serve around 20 slices, weighing approximately 2.5 pounds.

The cake is layered with moist pumpkin spice-flavored sponge, creamy pumpkin mousse filling, and a smooth frosted top with decorative finishing. The pumpkin flavor delivers classic autumn spice notes including cinnamon and nutmeg. As with other cakes in Costco's rotating bar cake lineup, it is made by The Original Cakerie.

This is a limited seasonal item offered in the fall and holiday period. It is stored refrigerated and best served chilled or at room temperature.
