Tres Pilares Verdejo Sobre Lias is a Spanish white wine produced by Bodega Tres Pilares, a family winery founded by three brothers — Juan Antonio, Eustaquio, and Jaime Fernández — who represent over 50 years of viticultural heritage in the La Seca appellation of Valladolid, Spain. The wine carries the Denominación de Origen Rueda designation, one of Spain's premier white wine regions.

Made from 100% Verdejo grapes grown in the stony, high-altitude vineyards of La Seca at the heart of D.O. Rueda, this wine is crafted "sobre lias" — meaning it is aged on its fine lees after fermentation. This sur-lies aging method adds extra body, creaminess, and complexity while preserving the grape's signature aromatic character. The vineyards benefit from proximity to the Duero River, which contributes distinctive minerality to the wines. The extreme continental climate — with cold winters, short springs, and hot, dry summers — forces the vines to develop deep root systems that concentrate flavors in the fruit.

The wine presents pale straw in the glass with aromas of white flowers, ripe pear, melon, and apple. The palate is fresh and structured with good acidity, a creamy mid-palate from the lees contact, and a clean, lingering finish.
