The brand was co-created by James Beard Award-winning chef Chris Bianco of Pizzeria Bianco in Phoenix, Arizona, and the DiNapoli family, whose roots in California-grown produce date back to 1939. Bianco DiNapoli is certified organic and distributed by DiNapoli Specialty Foods, L.P. of Los Gatos, CA. The cans are Non-BPA.
