Custom Made Meals Chicken Kabobs are five ready-to-cook 9 oz skewers made with chicken breast, red and green bell peppers, and onions, seasoned with a Greek-style blend of herbs and spices. The refrigerated 45 oz tray is designed for grilling or broiling and can be ready in about 17 minutes.

Grill over high heat for 12 to 17 minutes, turning every 2 to 3 minutes, or broil 6 to 8 inches from the heat for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once after 7 minutes. Because the chicken is raw, cook each kabob to an internal temperature of 165°F.
