Amapola Creek Pinot Noir is a red wine crafted by winemaker Massimo Monticelli from the Sonoma County appellation in California. The winery, formerly known as Amapola Creek Vineyards and Winery, is now part of the B. Wise Vineyards family following an acquisition.

This Pinot Noir presents a beautiful ruby red color with hints of purple at the edges. The bouquet offers aromas of ripe cherry, cranberry, and raspberry, with earthy notes of mushroom, freshly turned soil, and a hint of spice adding complexity. On the palate, the wine is elegant and well-balanced with flavors of black cherry, plum, and strawberry. Silky smooth with soft tannins and a medium body, it finishes with subtle notes of vanilla and oak. The alcohol content is approximately 14.1% ABV.

The cool climate and diverse topography of the Sonoma Coast AVA, with its proximity to the Pacific Ocean, lends this wine a delicate balance of acidity, vibrant fruit flavors, and refreshing mineral notes. It pairs well with a wide variety of dishes and is equally enjoyable on its own.
