Château de Vaudieu Clos du Belvédère Blanc is a prestigious white wine from the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation in France's southern Rhône Valley, produced by the Famille Brechet estate. This single-vineyard cuvée is crafted from 100% Grenache Blanc sourced from the domaine's finest white Grenache plot, grown on a soil of river stones and red clay at one of the highest elevations of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape plateau.

Grapes are harvested by hand in the early morning to preserve freshness, then carefully sorted and gently pressed in a pneumatic press. The must is cold-settled before fermenting in 500-liter oak barrels, where the wine also matures for approximately nine months. The result is a rich, structured white wine with notable aging potential of over ten years.

The wine presents a pale gold color with green highlights. On the nose, aromas of grapefruit and gunflint evolve toward stone fruit. On the palate, it opens with bright lemon citrus, followed by a rich, coating texture, and finishes on long, elegant mineral notes. Best served at 12°C (54°F). Sold as a case of 6 bottles (750ml each).
