Tylenol Children's Cold+Cough+Runny Nose Oral Suspension, 3 x 4 oz

Children's TYLENOL Cold+Cough+Runny Nose Oral Suspension is a multi-symptom liquid medicine formulated for children ages 6 to 11 years. This Costco value pack includes three 4-ounce bottles (12 oz total) of grape-flavored suspension designed to tackle tough cold and flu symptoms.

Each 5 mL dose contains 160 mg of acetaminophen (pain reliever/fever reducer), 1 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate (antihistamine), and 5 mg of dextromethorphan HBr (cough suppressant). The formula is ibuprofen-free, aspirin-free, and alcohol-free, and starts to reduce fever in as little as 15 minutes.

It temporarily relieves minor aches and pains, headache, sore throat, sneezing and runny nose, and cough, and temporarily reduces fever. The recommended dose for children weighing 48–95 lbs (ages 6–11) is 10 mL, repeated every 4 hours as needed, with no more than 5 doses in 24 hours.

This product contains acetaminophen. Severe liver damage may occur if more than 5 doses are given in 24 hours or if used with other drugs containing acetaminophen. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, contact a Poison Control Center immediately (1-800-222-1222). Do not use in children under 4 years of age. Store between 68–77°F (20–25°C). This product is FSA/HSA eligible.
