Garrison Brothers Small Batch Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey is crafted at the first legal bourbon distillery in Texas, founded by Dan Garrison. Each batch is made using locally sourced Panhandle White Corn from Dallam County, red winter wheat, and two-row barley, with water drawn from Hill County rainwater.

Every barrel used in the Small Batch expression is aged a minimum of four years in new American oak. The distillery's open-air aging warehouse takes full advantage of the intense Texas climate, allowing for accelerated oak extraction and a distinctly bold character that sets this bourbon apart from its Kentucky counterparts.

Bottled at 47% ABV (94 proof), the whiskey opens with aromas of pine honey, butterscotch, cloves, toasted oak, vanilla, tobacco, and white flowers. On the palate it delivers candied orange, maple syrup, caramelized sugar, cinnamon, oak spice, chocolate, and a whisper of oak smoke. The finish is medium-long and warm, with notes of corn porridge, baking spices, and apple pie.
