Trinafour Cellars Sémillon is a vibrant, acid-driven white wine sourced from the Lolonis Vineyard in Mendocino County, California. This small-production bottling showcases the winery's minimalist, terroir-focused winemaking approach, with grapes whole-cluster pressed and settled before fermenting in old French oak with ambient yeasts. Malolactic fermentation is blocked to preserve freshness, and the wine is lees-stirred bi-weekly for four months to add texture and complexity.

The wine presents a palest gold color with aromas of lemon peel, white flowers, and bee pollen. On the palate, tangy and bright lemon peel and lemon pith flavors are lifted by sharp, angular acidity and a distinct wet chalkboard minerality. It finishes with a hint of vegetal bitterness and excellent length. At 13.4% alcohol and just 50 cases produced per vintage, this is a rare and distinctive California Sémillon for lovers of lean, racy white wines.
