Bouchard Ainé & Fils is a historic Burgundy négociant founded in Beaune, France, producing classic expressions of the region's celebrated appellations. This Chablis is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from the Chablis appellation in northern Burgundy, where cool temperatures and Kimmeridgian limestone soils produce wines of notable mineral character and crisp acidity.

The wine opens with intense mineral aromas and delicately smoky notes alongside hints of hazelnuts and white fruits. On the palate it is well-balanced and unctuous with ample fruit presence. The finish is long and elegant, reflecting the classic Chablis style: unoaked, bright, and distinctly terroir-driven. It shows the brioche and butter character typical of fine Burgundian Chardonnay while maintaining the lean, mineral-focused profile that defines the appellation.
