The salami is seasoned with white wine, spices, pecans, garlic, and cherry juice powder. The lomo is a Spanish-style cured pork loin prepared with white wine, brown sugar, orange peel, and juniper. The chorizo is smoked and spiced with smoked paprika, sherry, and chile pequin for a bold, savory finish. All three meats are free from synthetic nitrates, relying on cultured celery juice powder as a natural curing agent.
