The Sunseeker S4 is a wire-free AI robotic lawn mower designed for residential yards up to 0.25 acres (10,890 sq ft). It uses automotive-grade 3D LiDAR navigation combined with AllSense Vision AI, powered by a 10 TOPS chip, to build a precise 3D map of your yard and mow autonomously — even in heavy shade under dense tree canopies where GPS-based mowers lose signal. Setup requires no buried perimeter wire: simply walk the mower around your yard via the companion app and mapping is complete in minutes.

The S4 handles slopes up to 42% (22°) and can navigate narrow passages as tight as 31.5 inches (80 cm). It supports up to 100 separate mowing zones across 5 maps, allowing you to assign unique schedules and cutting patterns to different areas of your property. A floating cutting disc automatically adjusts to lawn contours for an even cut, while a dedicated edge-cutting micro-blade disc reaches as close as 1.2 inches from borders. Cutting width is 7 inches and the mower cuts at a rate of approximately 187 m²/hour under standard conditions.

The 20V Max battery charges fully in approximately 80–90 minutes and supports up to 90 minutes of mowing per charge. The mower returns to its charging station automatically when the battery is low and resumes mowing when recharged. Over-The-Air firmware updates are supported to deliver new features and AI improvements. The mower operates at night (3D LiDAR does not require ambient light), but returns to its dock automatically in rain or fog via a built-in rain sensor. Compatible grass types exclude Zoysia and St. Augustine; lawn height must be under 9 cm (3.5 in) prior to mowing.
