"Allwiser" continues the tradition of uncut, unfiltered whiskey bottled at cask strength, delivering a bold and complex expression of Kentucky straight bourbon. As with previous chapters, Freddie Noe meticulously selects and blends whiskeys of varying ages, mash bills, and maturation profiles from the Jim Beam distillery's warehouses to create a distinctive, layered flavor profile.
