The grapes are organically farmed and harvested late in the season to achieve optimal brix, tannin, and acid levels, allowing for high-quality winemaking without the use of added sulfites.

This dry red wine is medium-bodied with notes of vanilla, red and black fruits, and graphite. It shows pleasant acidity and medium tannins with a fruit-forward character. Decanting is recommended to allow the wine to open fully. The wine is certified organic and carries OU kosher certification, making it Kosher for Passover.
