Yellowstone's 2026 Hand Picked Single Barrel Collection is a limited edition release celebrating the 250th Anniversary of America's Declaration of Independence. Only 250 individual barrels were selected for this release, each hand-picked at Limestone Branch Distillery in Kentucky, and every barrel offers its own distinct character and one-of-a-kind flavors.

This Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is aged 7 years — a nod to seven of America's most influential Founding Fathers — and is Bottled-in-Bond at 100 proof (50% ABV), symbolizing the bond it took to gain independence. Each bottle is presented in an elegant commemorative tube wrapped with imagery evoking the Declaration of Independence. The label is personalized with the individual barrel number and barreling date, making every bottle a unique collectible.

Tasting notes: the nose opens with rye spice and soft, leathered cherries. The palate delivers smoked caramel with hints of vanilla and honey, leading to a finish of smoky oak and brown sugar.
