Sons of Eden Eurus Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium red wine sourced from the Eden Valley region of South Australia. Sold in a case of six 750ml bottles, this wine is crafted from estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and aged in French oak for 20 months, producing a wine of remarkable depth and elegance.

Deep crimson in colour, the Eurus opens with vibrant aromas of black olives, spiced cedar, cloves, and fresh blackcurrant. The palate is refined and focused, with complex brooding characters and a rounded, fleshy mid-palate. Ripe blackberry, satsuma plum, and blackcurrant fruits are cut with hints of briar, baking spices, earth, violets, and licorice. Structural tannins are fine, sandy, and supple, delivering a graceful, velvety finish with a touch of red cherry. The wine is sealed under screw cap and contains 14–14.5% alcohol by volume. Drink now or cellar until 2032.

The 2022 vintage has earned top critical acclaim, scoring 96 points from Sam Kim (Wine Orbit), 93 points from James Suckling, 93 points from Halliday's Wine Companion, and 92 points from the Wine Advocate.
