Feudo Montoni Grillo della Timpa is a Sicilian white wine made from 100% Grillo grapes, sourced from the estate's Timpa cru — a steep hillside vineyard with a gradient exceeding 70%, a name derived from the Sicilian word for "strong slope." The vineyard's high-altitude setting surrounded by ancient durum wheat fields creates a natural isolation that has protected these indigenous grape varieties for centuries, giving the wine a distinctive sense of place.

The wine is aged for six months sur lie with batonnage in cement containers, a technique that adds texture and complexity while preserving freshness. It is classified as Sicilia DOC and carries 13.5% alcohol. On the nose, it offers pronounced notes of white peach and loquat, with floral aromas of Sicilian Spanish broom, jasmine, and almond blossoms. The palate is fresh and persistent, with remarkable acidity well-balanced by alcohol, making it an excellent pairing with seafood, light pastas, and Mediterranean cuisine.

The 2024 vintage earned 91 points from Vinous and 90 points from James Suckling, with reviewers noting its invigorating bouquet, juicy character, and zesty tension. Wilson Daniels is the US importer.
