G4 Single Barrel Reposado is a rare expression of traditional tequila craftsmanship, produced by master distiller Felipe Camarena at the El Pandillo distillery (NOM 1579) in Jesús María, Jalisco, Mexico. Made from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber Agave from the Los Altos highlands, this bottling departs from the standard blended profile to showcase the unique character of a single spent bourbon barrel.

The agave is cooked in traditional stone ovens, shredded by a mechanical tahona known as "Felipestein," and fermented in stainless steel with the fibers intact to maximize complexity. G4's hallmark water source — a precise 50/50 blend of captured rainwater and natural spring water — imparts a crisp, mineral-forward foundation to every batch. The spirit is aged a minimum of six months in a single previously used bourbon barrel, allowing the agave to remain the protagonist rather than being overshadowed by heavy oak tannins.

The nose offers cooked agave, wet minerals, petrichor, vanilla bean, and toasted almond. On the palate it is silky and buttery, layered with roasted agave sweetness, baking spices, light caramel, and a hint of sandalwood, finishing with a long, spicy burst of black pepper and a lingering sweet vegetal quality.
