Fuji Single Malt Japanese Whisky is a premium expression from the Fuji Gotemba Distillery, nestled at the base of Mount Fuji and owned by Kirin. The distillery's unique microclimate influences the whisky's maturation, contributing to its refined and elegant character. Both imported Scottish barley and Japanese barley are used, with maturation carried out in a variety of casks including American oak and sherry casks. Bottled at 46% ABV with no age statement, each 700ml bottle reflects the craftsmanship and attention to detail characteristic of Japanese whisky production.

On the nose, the whisky opens with delicate and fruity aromas of pear, apple, and citrus, complemented by subtle floral notes, a touch of vanilla, and a hint of spice. The palate is smooth and silky, carrying the orchard fruit character forward alongside honey and caramel sweetness with a gentle warming spice. The finish is medium in length, with fruit and spice lingering alongside a soft oak influence.
