Volcán de Mi Tierra La Gavilana Añejo Tequila is an ultra-premium, limited-edition expression from Volcán de Mi Tierra, distilled from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the lowland Valles region of Jalisco, Mexico. This añejo is aged for 18 months in European oak barrels, then finished for 414 days in Oloroso Sherry Butts, resulting in exceptional depth and complexity.

The tequila pours a clear, bright amber with fine copper tones and a full-bodied structure with long, persistent legs. The nose is soft, sweet, and expressive with woody notes of maple, vanilla, and cocoa, evolving into aromas of almond, walnut, and tobacco. On the palate it offers a medium attack that is silky and subtly sweet, with notes of maple, vanilla, wood, cocoa, and peach. Best enjoyed neat in a tasting glass to fully appreciate its complexity and finish.

The Colección Hacienda La Gavilana is presented in a hand-carved White Carrara marble vessel, inspired by precision and artisanal craftsmanship, making it a collectible display piece as much as a tequila. The bottle is 700ml at 40% ABV.
