Out of Sight St. Helena Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 750ml

Flora Springs Out of Sight Cabernet Sauvignon is a single-vineyard expression from Napa Valley, produced by the historic Flora Springs winery located on St. Helena Highway in St. Helena, California. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the Out of Sight Vineyard, situated on the southeastern slopes of Napa Valley between the Coombsville and Atlas Peak Appellations.

The vineyard is Fish Friendly Farming Certified, with blocks farmed using both sustainable and CCOF certified organic practices. The vines are planted in Haire loam soils on gently sloping terrain descending from the Vaca mountain range, providing excellent drainage ideal for growing rich, concentrated Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is part of Flora Springs' Single Vineyard Series, crafted in very limited quantities to reflect the unique character of the site.

Warm and unctuous, this wine leads with plush black fruit that glides across the palate, accompanied by notes of licorice, sassafras, coconut, and marshmallow. Mature tannins bring the wine to a smooth, long finish. Best enjoyed now or cellared through 2042. Pairs well with rack of lamb with rosemary and thyme, creamy mushroom risotto, or fresh mozzarella.
