Salvadores Mezcal is a traditionally crafted artisanal mezcal produced in Oaxaca, Mexico, made from Espadín agave plants aged approximately 8 years before harvest. The spirit is roasted in an earthen conic pit, ground with a traditional Tahona stone, fermented in open wooden tubs, and double-distilled in copper alembic stills — a production process that preserves the authentic character of Oaxacan mezcal.

The mezcal presents crystal clear with bright platinum tones. On the palate it is incredibly smooth and satisfying with a light to medium body, offering fruity notes alongside hints of cinnamon, anise, and citrus with a slight smokiness. The finish is distinctive and lingering, showcasing the character of cooked agave. It has earned recognition from the Beverage Testing Institute (BTI) Gold Medal and the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
