A single barrel pick straight bourbon whiskey from Sabbatical Distillery, a craft distillery based in Discovery Bay, California, selected specifically for the Brentwood, California warehouse location on Victoria Island. This expression is finished in French oak casks that previously held tawny port, giving the whiskey a deep ruby hue, notes of rich honey and vanilla, dark oak, tart cherry, and cinnamon spice, with a velvety mouthfeel.

Sabbatical Distillery produces small-batch American whiskey, bourbon, gin, and vodka using local Delta-grown grain, and its port cask finished bourbon line has won awards including a Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
