Famille Descombe Chardonnay Petit Chablis is a dry French white wine from the Petit Chablis appellation, the northernmost wine-growing region of Burgundy. Produced by Famille Descombe, a family winery with roots in the Beaujolais region that practices organic farming, this wine is made entirely from Chardonnay grapes grown on ancient Jurassic limestone soils that impart the region's signature mineral and flinty character.

The wine is light to medium-bodied with crisp acidity, soft fruit notes, and a clean, refreshing finish typical of the Burgundy Chablis style. At 12.5% alcohol by volume, it is approachable and food-friendly. It pairs exceptionally well with shellfish, oysters, rich fish such as salmon and tuna, pork, and mild soft cheeses.
