Ballentine Vineyards Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a fruit-forward red wine sourced from two of Ballentine's Napa Valley estate vineyards — Pocai and Fig Tree — each contributing distinct character and complexity to the final blend. The wine is crafted by winemaker Bruce Devlin, who has been producing small-lot, award-winning wines at the winery since 1999, with all grapes 100% estate grown across 75 acres in Napa Valley.

On the nose and palate, expect an expressive display of blackberry, blueberry, black cherry, and currants, layered with notes of black currant, raspberry, and cherry alongside cigar box, leather, tobacco leaf, and subtle herbaceous character. Hints of black olive, black tea, dark cocoa, and eucalyptus complement soft tannins and add balance. The wine finishes with fig preserves and baking spices. It is a medium-bodied, elegant Cabernet Sauvignon crafted to drink well upon release while having the structure to age an additional 7–10 years. Alcohol content is approximately 15.4%.
