Mas de Sainte Croix "Tendresse d'un Climat" is a full-bodied red wine from the Côtes du Rhône appellation in France's Southern Rhône Valley. Produced by Domaine Mas de Sainte Croix, a 25-hectare estate situated at 400 meters altitude, the wine is crafted from a blend of approximately 75% Grenache and 25% Syrah sourced from plots on plateaus and hillsides with stony clay-limestone soils.

The wine opens with an intense nose of ripe black fruits — blackcurrant, blackberry, and plum — accented by hints of spice, licorice, and a touch of menthol. On the palate it is generous and well-structured, with fine, integrated tannins, a balance of alcohol and fruit, and a refreshing finish. Alcohol content is approximately 14.5%. Grapes are harvested at full maturity, destemmed and crushed, then fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in concrete tanks for nine to twelve months.

Serve at 17–18°C (63–64°F) and open approximately one hour before serving. Pairs well with red meats such as ribeye steak or lamb, as well as richly textured dishes. Sold in a case of 12 x 750ML bottles.
