Orphan Barrel Night Sage is a 25-year-old blended Canadian whisky produced by Orphan Barrel Whiskey Distilling Co., part of the acclaimed Orphan Barrel series dedicated to rescuing rare and forgotten barrels and bringing them to market as limited-release expressions. This 750ml bottle contains a quarter-century-aged blend matured in oak barrels, bottled at approximately 45% ABV.

The whisky pours a deep amber with rich golden copper hues. The nose is elegant and layered, offering caramel, vanilla, polished oak, and dried fruit with complementary hints of maple, warm spice, and soft leather. On the palate it is smooth and beautifully balanced, leading with sweet caramel and toffee, followed by notes of vanilla, maple, and aged oak alongside hints of dried fruit, cinnamon, baking spice, and subtle nutty and earthy undertones. The finish is long, warm, and sophisticated, with lingering caramel sweetness, gentle spice, and soft dried fruit complexity.

Best enjoyed neat to appreciate its maturity and depth, or with a few drops of water to open up additional layers of aroma and flavor. An ideal choice for collectors and special occasion pours.
