Wyatt Earp Barrel Proof American Single Malt Whisky is a limited-edition expression from World Whiskey Society, sourced from an undisclosed distillery in Oklahoma. Crafted from 100% malted barley, it qualifies as an American Single Malt under TTB regulations and is aged a minimum of four years before bottling.

This is a single barrel release, bottled at cask strength with proof points ranging from approximately 120 to 135 (roughly 60–67.5% ABV). Each barrel yields a unique expression, so flavor profile and exact proof vary from bottle to bottle. The bottle features distinctive packaging with crossed metal revolvers on the front and a heavy chrome barrel-shaped topper, inspired by the legendary Wild West lawman and gambler Wyatt Earp.

On the nose, the whisky opens with ripe plum, baking spices, tobacco, and a touch of sweetness. The palate is rich and full-bodied, delivering dark fruits including plum, black raspberry, and black cherry alongside graham cracker and building heat. The finish is long and warming, with dark fruits, brown sugar, leather, and lingering spice. It is sold in 750mL bottles and available in Costco six-bottle cases.
