The Côté Mas Rosé Aurore is a blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, and 20% Syrah, with notes of zippy cherry, currant, and spring flowers leading to a vibrant palate of ripe red berry fruit. It earned 90 points from James Suckling and a Silver medal at the Sommelier Challenge 2024. The Syrah-Grenache red blend offers a warm, spice-forward style typical of the Mediterranean-influenced Languedoc. The Sauvignon-Vermentino white brings aromatic freshness in keeping with the range's philosophy of everyday elegance. All wines are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, screw-capped for freshness, and made from grapes grown under sustainable Terra Vitis-certified practices, with 20% of estate vineyards farmed organically.
