Tinto Amorio Bheyo is a 2024 vintage California orange wine crafted through a 22-day skin-contact maceration process using a native, spontaneous fermentation technique known as semi-carbonic fermentation. The wine is made primarily from organically farmed Gewürztraminer (95.3%) sourced from Monterey, co-fermented with a small addition of organic Zinfandel (4.7%) from Mendocino. After fermentation, it was aged sur lie and racked off during the new moon's week, then bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfites — just 14 ppm total sulfur and 9 ppm free sulfite.

The 2024 vintage was produced in Healdsburg, Sonoma County, California by the family-run Tinto Amorio winery. It presents a sunset sherbet color with aromas of exotic tropical fruit, gold apricot, and temple orange, backed by peach ring notes and a lively, energetic finish. It is dry, vegan, and free of animal products, synthetic additives, and added sugar. Best served chilled. It earned a 93-point rating from Wine Enthusiast at 11.9% ABV.
