Weingut Loimer Riesling is a dry white wine from the Kamptal DAC region of Austria, produced by Fred Loimer's acclaimed estate in Langenlois, the heart of Austria's premier wine country. The winery farms 70 hectares of estate vineyards including renowned single-vineyard sites such as Heiligenstein, Loiserberg, and Seeberg, where Riesling thrives on the region's distinctive loess and crystalline rock soils.

Fred Loimer converted the estate to certified biodynamic viticulture beginning in 2006 and became a founding member of Respekt-BIODYN, Austria's rigorous biodynamic certification body. The winery also holds USDA organic certification. This Riesling is crafted in the crisp, mineral-driven Austrian style with aromas of stone fruit, citrus zest, and a characteristic flinty minerality. It is a versatile food wine that pairs well with seafood, white meats, and fresh cheeses.
